Harmony Across Borders 2026-2027

Harmony Across Borders: Strengthening Nordic-Baltic Co-operation in Dementia Care (HAB-COOP) is a project co-funded by the European Union. Applicant organisations are Oulun Seudun Muistiyhdistys (Memory Association of Oulu Region), Stiftelsen Silviahemmet and MTû Mälestuste Looja.

The project brings together three dementia-focused organisations from Finland, Sweden and Estonia to strengthen international cooperation capacity and develop a support model for family caregivers. During the collaboration understanding of dementia services in neighboring coutries will increase.
